How To Schedule Facebook Birthday Greetings In Advance

How much busy your schedule is, make sure you don’t miss any of your friend, relative’s birthday. Its very difficult, even after Facebook birthday reminders which notify us about birthdays but still, we often forgot to wish birthdays.

It is not good to blame your busy schedule for the reason of your absent-mindedness when in past you had time to prepare birthday cards for them.

So, what’s the solution?

Well, there is a very easy and comfortable solution. You can schedule automated birthday wishes for your Facebook friends. When their birthday arrive, a personalized birthday message for them will automatically posted on your friend’s Facebook Wall. You can even specify the time too. Cool?

For this purpose, we are going to use BirthdayFB, a web application that will let you do just that.

1. Connect With BirthdayFB via Facebook

To make use of this great application, first you need to visit birthdayfb.com and click on ‘Connect with Facebook’. Upon click, it will open a small pop-up box, asking permission to use your Facebook profile. Allow it.

After connecting to your account, BirthdayFB will show you the list of friends with upcoming birthdays.

2. Schedule Automated Birthday Messages

Scheduling birthday wishes is very easy. All you need to do is just navigate to ‘Write Messages’ tab. It’ll redirect you to a page where you can write your birthday messages.

• From the drop-down list choose ‘Canned Messages’. It’ll allow you to type custom birthday message.
• Write your message in the provided box.
• Tick the check-box ‘save as canned message’. It will save your message to use automatically for another friend though the drop-down list.
• Click ‘Save’. You’re done!

Following the same steps, you can schedule all of your Friends’ birthdays in one go.

Canned Messages Tab

The ‘Canned Message’ Tab let you to check, add birthday message templates which you can use automatically for any friend’s birthday using the drop-down menu.

You can add new canned message by clicking on ‘+New Canned Message’ button provided on the right side. Moreover, you can edit and remove the previously saved message too.

Scheduled Messages Tab

Scheduled Messages tab will show you all of your scheduled birthday messages which you can edit or remove.
